Bookings

A booking request is confirmed only once it is paid by card or expressly validated by the CostaSol team. Bookings inside 48 hours of arrival can be paid, but are confirmed after we check the route and equipment.

Rentals run from 2 up to 30 consecutive days online; longer stays are quoted on request.

Cancellation

Free cancellation with a 100% refund up to 48 hours before your delivery or pick-up time. Inside the last 48 hours we can no longer refund, because the van and the equipment are already reserved for you.

If we cannot deliver what you booked, you receive a full refund.

Use of the equipment

The equipment must be used with reasonable care and returned in the same condition. Loss or damage beyond normal use may be charged at repair or replacement cost.

Car seats come with their official manual; installing and using them correctly in the vehicle is the customer's responsibility.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery and any supplements are shown before payment.
